FWIW, this can be reproduced in recent LO 24.8 alpha on MS Windows, either using attachment 192009 [details] or a new file. I do not know whether the "optimal width" action should consider indentation, but I surely can understand users' expectation. I am setting this as NEW for now, but maybe there are some other reports regarding the same issue / behavior.
